Apex USA Mission Leadership Team (MLT)

The Mission and Leadership Team offers you an opportunity to learn about life on mission as you serve with our missionary partners and build intentional disciplemaking relationships with high school students encouraging them in Gospel influence and training in Gospel fluency. The MLT will have a hands-on opportunity to use their gifts and skills to contribute to the ministry they serve and to gain personal experience and confidence in vocational ministry. This is a 1-8 week long mission experience (depending on where you serve). You will interact with multiple youth groups over the summer as you train, equip, and mentor students all while serving direct with our missionary partners.

You will stay in the same facility as the youth groups. In most cases it's an air mattress in a church. The MLTs get gender specific rooms assigned separate from the youth groups for time off and privacy.

June 8-12 Orientation

June 12 - Depart for ministry site

July 1-5 - Challenge Conference (Some MLTs will stay at their site and others will be at Challenge)

Debrief and departure are site specific

$2250 - Covers orientation, on site room and board, and travel.

$300 per week hosting youth groups stipend. (This is optional and only available if you raise the funds to cover general costs and stipend)
